This auction will be a no reserve liquidation of the William R. De Lashmutt Estate. It is a 70 year accumulation. There will also be items from other consignors.

We will be adding listings and photos as we can, so make sure to check back often.

All items sell as is and must be removed from the sale site by 6pm Sunday, May 7th. There will be some load out assistance sale day until 8pm. Buyers will be able to access the building at 8am Sunday to load. All items purchased become the responsibility of the buyer when the auctioneer says “SOLD”.

We will be selling with two auctioneers, to expedite the sale so be prepared.
